Neil is the Chief Business Officer of Santa Ana Bio. Neil brings 25 years of experience in corporate strategy and business development execution, closing a wide variety of transactions including in- and out-licensing deals, research collaborations, M&A transactions, as well as capital raising.

He was previously Chief Business Officer at Boundless Bio where he helped advance the company through a Series C financing and IPO, while bringing together multiple clinical combination agreements with large pharma to enable clinical programs for patients with high unmet need.

Prior to Boundless Bio, he served as Chief Business Officer at Cidara Therapeutics where he led strategic initiatives that directly resulted in transformational early- through late-stage clinical stage partnerships with J&J and MundiPharma. Previous roles also include Managing Director of Clarity Point Partners, Vice President of Corporate Development at Trius Therapeutics where he led the corporate partnering initiatives that resulted in the APAC and emerging markets strategic partnership with Bayer, and subsequently, the acquisition by Cubist Pharmaceuticals. Earlier in his career he held evolving business development roles at Emerging Growth Capital, Avanir Pharmaceuticals, Ionis Pharmaceuticals, and Neurogen.

Neil holds an MBA from Pepperdine University, an M.S. in the Biomedical Sciences from the University of New Mexico Medical School, and a B.S. in Biology from George Washington University.
